We are located on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, Panama City Beach, Florida. We are a licensed Retailer and Wholesaler with over 20 years in the aquarium business. We offer Aquarium Leasing, Aquarium Maintenance, Freshwater Fish, Saltwater Fish, Corals, Invertebrates, live rock, live sand, and name brand merchandise. We are located at 523 Beckrich Road In the Shoppes at Edgewater. We can also deliver you new Wet Pet to your home or office for a small delivery fee. We Pride Ourselves On Quality
All our aquarium products are brand name products and come new in the original manufacturer packaging, unless otherwise noted. Most items ship the next business day following cleared payment, but please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and delivered to the appropriate carrier. In the rare and unforeseen occasion that your order cannot be shipped within 5 business days following cleared payment, we will notify you and allow for a full refund of your purchase. If an item is out of stock it may delay shipping while we contact other sources and arrange fulfillment of your order.
Damaged Box or Packaging
We are not responsible for damages, miss directed or late packages due to shipping, (shipping insurance will cover this). If your box arrives damaged, have the carrier note it for you... all DOA’s must be reported within 2 hours along with a clear digital picture of the dead coral/fish in the unopened bag, and a clear digital picture of the shipping box. Returns will be credit only, and does not include shipping fees, shipping insurance is highly recommended on all live fish/coral. We do not pay the shipping charges on any replacement item shipped! When your Wet Pets are delivered you must be able to receive the package and have someone there to sign for them, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Our Payment Policy
We prefer papal, but will accept personnel checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. If you pay by check your items will not be shipped until your check has cleared our bank, this could add 7-10 business days before your item is shipped. E-checks will be held until cleared as well, this usually takes 4 days. If paying by any type of check, please include your name, your complete address, and phone number.
