Aquarium maintenance is not
an option. Just like keeping
any pet, there are regular
chores that must be performed
in order to keep your aquarium
water clean and disease-free.
So at Emerald Coast Corals we
clean your aquarium on a weekly
basis, not every other week like
some maintenance companies.
We have found by visiting our
customers every week we can catch problems much sooner and keep your aquarium much
cleaner than any other maintenance company. Careful observation of your fish, and their behavior is also important in order to catch and treat diseases while in an early stage.
At Emerald Coast Corals we know aquarium maintenance is a dirty job, and with our sophisticated maintenance plans for both Saltwater and Freshwater, you can be assured that even the most delicate of reef tanks will thrive under our watchful eye and continuous care. Emerald Coast Corals will customize your aquariums maintenance and care according to its needs. Our maintenance programs depend on the size and type of aquarium as well as the frequency and extent of the maintenance required. Emerald Coast Corals guarantees our personnel are fully equipped with first-rate equipment and the necessary tools to ensure timely cleanings and mess free water changes.
Maintenance Services
Aquarium glass cleaning, pre-filters, mechanical filters and sponges cleaned and checked.
A 10% - 25% water change is performed on a bi-weekly basis, not monthly like other maintenance companies. Substrate is stirred and vacuumed as required, and decorations are cleaned or bleached to remove unnecessary algae. Water quality is checked and tested. All aquarium hardware including plumbing and lighting are inspected and cleaned. Aquarium inhabitants are inspected. A service report is created describing test results and problems detected.
Aquarium Relocations
Another service provided by Emerald Coast Corals includes tank relocations; you can count on us to ensure a safe and efficient move while maintaining minimal stress to your livestock. Aquarium relocations include total dismantling and installation as well as retention of nearly all water to be reused allowing minimal shock to your fish and marine environment. All fish and corals are bagged, boxed and put away for safety. All aquariums and parts are packed away and safely reinstalled in a timely manner.
100% Fish Guarantee
With the continual difficulty of maintaining fish in the marine aquarium Emerald Coast Corals has come up with a new offer to our maintenance customers. For an additional monthly fee we will now be offering a 100% fish guarantee for your aquarium. If the option is chosen by the customer we will include in the monthly maintenance an additional expense for "Fish Guarantee". This will be determined by the size and stock of the aquarium, and will fully cover fish maintained in your aquarium by Emerald Coast Corals, covering all illnesses, diseases, and natural phenomenon other than neglect and mistreatment by the customer. If any fish are added to the aquarium without prior approval from Emerald Coast Corals this will void the warranty, we can not control quarantine procedures from other local fish stores, ore on-line sales companies.
